Free Shipping & Delivery

● Orders are typically dispatched the same day.
● Delivery times vary by location, but we aim to deliver orders within 5–9 business days using trusted carriers.
● Please note that delivery times may be longer during busy periods.


If your delivery is taking longer than expected, please contact our support team using the email address provided with your order.


Return Eligibility
We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee. Returns are accepted within 90 days of the delivery date, provided all of the following conditions are met:
● The item must be unused, uninstalled, and unopened
● The product must be returned exactly as received
● All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and inserts must be included
● The item must be in resaleable condition
Any item showing signs of use, installation, damage, or altered packaging will NOT be eligible for a refund.


Return Shipping Costs

● While shipping to you is free, customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs
● Return shipping fees are non-refundable
● We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments
Order Number Requirement (Mandatory)
To ensure refunds are processed correctly:

● The order number MUST be clearly enclosed inside the return package
● Returns received without an order number cannot be identified
● Returns received without an order number will NOT be refunded
This requirement is strictly enforced.


Refund Process

● Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected
● Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days
● Refunds are issued to the original payment method

If a damaged or incorrect item is received:
● Contact support within 48 hours of delivery
● Clear photos of the item and packaging must be provided
● Once verified, a replacement or full refund will be issued at no additional cost
Claims submitted outside this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.

Incorrect Address & Delivery Issues
● Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address
● Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled
● We are not responsible for delays, losses, or non-delivery due to incorrect address information
Chargebacks & Disputes
Customers are encouraged to contact support directly to resolve any issues.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will require the matter to be formally disputed with the customer’s bank or payment provider. This process may take up to 4 weeks or longer to reach a final resolution and may delay any potential refund. Contacting
support directly allows for a faster and fairer resolution.
